a lot of that stayed well east of us. the reason being you have flow coming up from the south and southeast right around the four corners region is where you get that flow this time of year. that's not unusual. but what's unusual is to come close to us. and we've got moisture coming up the spine of the sierra. this is not going to move anywhere slowly to the east. slowly moves over the bay area. the fog gets thick overnight. this comes through. we get the south and southwest winds. continue to push that cold air into the bay area. temperatures tomorrow 10 to 15 degrees cooler than average. not only tomorrow but most of this week ahead. highs tomorrow in those warm inland valleys are just going to be in the upper 70s and lower 80s. we'll get the sunshine. but the wind, it's continuing to come through during the afternoon. 80 for a high tomorrow in livermore. 75 san ramon. 78 concord. the end of july and we're talking upper 70s. 62 san francisco. only 76 in san jose. 74 for napa. sonoma. north end of the bay, into the 70s.
